  WOW We are not animals. These people did not let my guest checkout. Even on the same receipt, they denied my friend and made her cry! Worst part is they let her leave crying without apologizing or making it right. This was not only uncomfortable situation for her but for me and those around me. I spoke to the manager LOLA about the situation and she only said she would talk the abusing employee. Other customer also came along and complained. This is unacceptable! I reccomend you check your cameras and fire all of those involved. Super rude. Will not come back and will cancel my membership.
