  Shuttle: 1 Star..I had to call 800 number to see when our shuttle would arrive. Avis, Enterprise,Budget,National and others were coming every 5 minutes. Dollar shuttle I was informed only had one driver therefore it took him about 30mins each trip.
  
  Rental Counter: Courteous,Fast. I had an issue with my rental cost increasing.Thank goodness rental clerk confirmed price verbally and I had a copy of my confirmation in my rental. She called manager corrected it and I was on my way.
  
  It was almost 12am when we rented and it was extremely dark where rental cars were. There was no light. They definitely need more light. I had no idea what color car I had chose until next day. It was difficult getting out of Dollar with no lights.
  
  Return Rental: 5 Stars A car was waiting and took me and my friend and 2 other people back to LAX instead of us having to wait on a shuttle. He was courteous and asked if we would do review. The rental checkout process was quick. The clerk gave me my receipt and we were on our way to LAX.
  
  I would rent with them again. I would make sure it's in the day time.
