  Horrible people working. Called to ask about passport picture, told me they were $10. Made me drive all the way here to tell me the system wasn't working. They basically denied service to me because I sent my letter through USPS not them.

  Customer service is great and most of the staff has a smile on her face all the time. And to piggyback off of the other ladies opinion about the worker with the bad attitude is true but she has gotten a little better recently.
